The project was done in the period 2019-2022 and covers all exploration wellbores from 1969-2019. The original project title was “Released Wells Initiative”.

The deliverables from this project are high resolution photographs (white light and UV light) and various analyses to determine the mineral composition (for example XRD/XRF).

There are approx. 3,8 million files available from this project in Diskos. The companies paying project have exclusive rights to the data for two years, after which it will become publically available in Diskos (2024).
