New director of Technology, analysis and coexistence

20/06/2023 Kjersti Dahle (51) has been appointed director of the main area Technology, analysis and coexistence (TAS).

Dahle has been acting director of TAS since last summer, when Torgeir Stordal became acting director general.

“I’m very pleased to be entrusted with the responsibility to stay on as director of TAS. I look forward to continuing the work! Technology, analysis and coexistence are important contributions in the effort to pursue the NPD’s civic role.”

Dahle has worked for the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate since February 2021, when she started in the position as assistant director in TAS. She has a Master of Petroleum Geology from the University of Bergen (1997). Before she started at the NPD, she was an exploration director in Equinor.
