The Ministry of Energy grants funding from the government budget, so we can conduct surveys and map areas on the Norwegian shelf where there is no petroleum activity.
The funds are also used for special surveys in other areas.
The Ministry of Energy may decide that certain surveys are made available for sale as data packages.
