Quality Assurance of Subsurface Evaluations
The goal is to secure collaboration within the integrated subsurface domain between companies acting on the NCS on assurance, performance management and decision-making to optimize further exploitation of NCS and to facilitate collaboration and discussion between assurance teams.
Objectives
- Enhance Quality Assurance: To improve the reliability and accuracy of subsurface evaluations used in investment decisions within the oil and gas industry. Improve critical uncertainty understanding for pre investment decisions and implications.
- Promote Best Practices: To identify, develop, and disseminate best practices for assurance of subsurface evaluations.
- Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: To create a platform for sharing learnings, case studies, and innovative approaches among industry professionals. Share assurance policies and practices between companies.
- Performance benchmarking: Share industry or company based performance lookbacks related to exploration and productions assurance.
