Survey on the APA application guide
The Norwegian Offshore Directorate is carrying out a project to improve the application process for the APA licensing rounds. As part of this work, we are evaluating potential changes to the Application Guide for Production Licences, including its appendices, as well as to the application process itself.
The aim is to facilitate simpler and more precise applications, helping to streamline the process for both the industry and the Norwegian Offshore Directorate. Our ambition is to implement relevant changes in time for the APA 2027 licensing round.
We would like to receive suggestions for improvements to both the application requirements and the application process. If needed, a meeting can also be arranged for further discussion.
