Production figures July 2025
the Gullfaks Field is one of the fields that contributes to petroleum production on the Norwegian continental shelf.
20/08/2025 Preliminary production figures for July 2025 show an average daily production of 2 159 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate.
Total gas sales were 10.2 billion Sm3 (GSm3), which is 0.4 (GSm3) more than the previous month.
The average daily liquids production in July was: 1 958 000 barrels of oil, 193 000 barrels of NGL and 8 000 barrels of condensate.

Oil production in July is 8.2 percent more than the NOD’s forecast and 3.1 percent more than the forecast so far this year.
The total petroleum production so far in 2025 is about 137.1 million Sm3 oil equivalents (MSm3 o.e.), broken down as follows: about 60.1 MSm3 o.e. of oil, about 6.8 MSm3 o.e. of NGL and condensate and about 70.2 MSm3 o.e. of gas for sale.
The total volume is 7.4 MSm3 o.e. less than 2024.
