New URLs for map applications

Due to the discontinuation of Esri technology, we will replace the current solutions for "NOD CO₂-viewer" and "Ongoing investigations".
The interface has been somewhat modernized, but all functionality will be preserved.
New URLs:
The current solutions will continue to function until approximately mid-February, when Esri will no longer support the underlying technology.

Production outpaces resource growth on the NCS

Resource report 2026: Without significant discoveries, production on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS) may fall steeply after 2030. Resources remain plentiful, but growth levels are too low to maintain current production levels over time.
