Production figures April 2024

22/05/2024 Preliminary production figures for April 2024 show an average daily production of 2 104 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate.

Total gas sales were 10.4 billion Sm3 (GSm3), which is 0.9 (GSm3) less than the previous month.

Average daily liquids production in April was: 1 854 000 barrels of oil, 233 000 barrels of NGL and 17 000 barrels of condensate.

Oil production in April is 5.2 percent more than the NOD’s forecast and 2.7 percent more than the forecast so far this year.

The total petroleum production so far in 2024 is about 83.7 million Sm3 oil equivalents (MSm3 o.e.), broken down as follows: about 35.1 MSm3 o.e. of oil, about 4.7 MSm3 o.e. of NGL and condensate and about 44.0 MSm3 o.e. of gas for sale.

The total volume is 2.7 MSm3 o.e. higher than 2023.
